Four Tips for Simply Living @Home:

Eat together as a family. Focus on listening and understanding each other. Do a low-tech activity. Garden, read, write free of any digital constraints. Utilize your five senses. Relax and take ten deep breaths. Pick up a grape, but before your eat it, hold it, smell it, notice the textures. Put it in your mouth without chewing; let it sit in your mouth for thirty seconds. Take one bite, and be mindful of the feeling and the taste. Take your time. Take the time to reflect on your day. Identify how your felt, what worked and what didn't. Slow down.
